1 · Your Shopify orders export
In Shopify admin: Orders → Export → choose the dates → CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs. Take a few months before the payout period too, so returning customers are recognised. The file is read in this browser only.
(made up: 37 orders, 4 affiliates, payout on 2026-10-31)

3 · Your payout rules
Commission base = the order's Subtotal (after discounts, before shipping and tax), minus any money given back to the customer. Two affiliate codes on one order split the commission evenly.

Pro · run your affiliate payouts every month
The check above is complete and free, as often as you like. Pro keeps the history that stops the slow leaks: an order paid in October is never paid again in November, the orders you held come back with your decision, and the payout file is ready.
- Payout ledger: record each payout; orders already paid are skipped in every later run, even when your export overlaps.
- Held-order decisions: mark each held order Pay or Don't pay, with a note; the next run uses your decision.
- Release dates carried forward: orders still inside the return window show the date they become payable.
- Payout CSV (e-mail, amount, currency, reference, note) and a per-order statement CSV to send each affiliate.
- Printable payout report and a monthly payout reminder for your calendar (.ics).
- Several stores, plus a backup file you can restore on another computer.

Questions
Does this replace my affiliate app?
For a program that works with coupon codes, it can: the roster, rates, commission per order and payout file are all here. If you track by referral links in another app, use this as the check before you approve that app's payout: the same orders, the same codes, a second opinion.
How does it spot a leaked code?
It counts orders per code per day. When one code passes your limit on one day, those orders are held, so you can see whether that matches a post the affiliate made or a coupon site that copied the code. Codes used in your shop that are on nobody's roster are listed too, with the biggest discount given.
What is an "existing customer" here?
An order whose e-mail, phone or shipping address already placed an earlier order in your export without this affiliate's code. Export a few months before the payout period so the earlier orders are in the file.
Do automatic discounts count?
No. Shopify's orders export help says the Discount Code column shows codes applied to the order, not automatic discounts. Give each affiliate a real discount code so their orders can be matched.
Does it connect to my store?
No. It reads the CSV that Shopify's own Orders → Export gives you, in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no login.
A record-keeping and checking tool for your own order data. It flags orders for your review; the decision to pay is yours. Not legal or tax advice. Data stays in this browser (localStorage).
