Privacy

Updated 2026-10-03. This page covers the email box on our free tools ("Email me this result") and rule-change alerts. Our tool pages count visits and uses (page, language, an anonymous event) without the numbers you type; the text of your result reaches us only when you ask for a copy by email.

What we keep and why

• Your email address and the result text you chose to send, the page, the language and the time — to send you that one copy.
• If you tick the alert box: your address and the tool, to send one email when the rule behind that tool changes. German-language requests are only kept after you confirm the link in the first email.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, only to stop our sender from being used to flood someone else's inbox (at most 3 copies per address and 10 per visitor per day).

We do not sell or share your address, and we send no newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare (website, request handling, temporary storage)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Our own server at DigitalOcean, New York (the list of addresses and sent copies)

Deleting or seeing your data

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to [email protected] to see or delete everything we keep about your address. We answer within 2 business days.
