1 · Your Shopify product export
In Shopify admin: Products → Export → All products → CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs. Shopify e-mails you the file. Drop it here; it is read in this browser only.
(4 made-up products, 20 variants)
Your fees and margin target (used for the margin checks)
2.9% + $0.30 is the Shopify Payments Basic plan rate for US online cards. Use your own plan's rate if it differs. "Shipping you pay" is for free-shipping offers where the POD provider still bills you shipping.
Optional: costs by SKU, and your provider's out-of-stock list
Drop your export or load the sample store to see the 10 checks.
Pro · keep watching the store
POD apps change things without telling you: products disappear, prices and base costs move, sizes go out of stock. Pro saves each weekly export as a dated snapshot and shows what changed since the last one.
- Dated snapshots per store, kept in this browser.
- What changed since last week: products or variants gone, price and cost changes, new problems and fixed ones.
- Price-fix CSV: your own export with only the Price cell raised to your margin target, ready for Shopify's import (overwrite matching handles).
- Problem list CSV and a printable report.
- Weekly re-check reminder for your calendar (.ics).
- Several stores, plus a backup file you can restore on another computer.

Questions
Does this connect to my store or my POD account?
No. It reads the CSV that Shopify's own Products → Export gives you, in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and it works for Printful, Printify, Gelato or any other provider whose products sit in Shopify.
Why would two sizes share a SKU?
Re-syncing, duplicating a product, or editing variants by hand can leave two variants on one SKU. Anything that matches by SKU (an inventory app, a CSV re-import, re-linking in your POD app) can then treat one size as the other.
Where does the cost come from?
From the "Cost per item" column, if your POD app fills it, or from the SKU,cost list you paste. With no cost, the variant is listed under "No cost per item" and left out of the margin checks.
What does the price-fix CSV change?
Only the Price cell of variants below your margin target, rounded up to .99. Every other cell of those products stays exactly as in your export. Import it in Shopify with "Overwrite products with matching handles".
