Every project starts with a paid feasibility study, so you know what the site allows and what it is likely to cost before you commit to anything.
We take work from the first sketch through planning and technical design to the finished building, or we stop at the stage you need.

How we work
A fee proposal before anything starts
You get the stages, the deliverables and the fee in writing. If the brief changes, we re-quote before we do the work.
One architect on your project
The person who meets you at the first site visit is the person who draws it and answers the phone.
We tell you what a site will not take
The feasibility study is where we say if the plot, the budget or the policy does not work. That is the cheapest place to find out.
Drawings your builder can price
Technical packages are coordinated with the structural engineer, so tenders come back with fewer questions and fewer gaps.
