Email is answered within one business day. During the close, questions get a same-day answer.

Monthly bookkeeping
Reconciled accounts, categorized transactions and a closed month you can hand to a lender.
Catch-up and cleanup
Books that are months or years behind, brought current and reconciled to the bank.
Payroll support
Payroll run in your payroll system, reconciled to the general ledger, with a clean year-end package.
Sales tax filing
Filings prepared and submitted on the schedule your state assigned you.
1099 preparation
W-9 collection through the year, so January is a review and not a scramble.

Bills scheduled, invoices sent, and someone chasing the customer who has not paid.
Monthly plans
Starter — $325 a month
Up to two bank or card accounts, monthly reconciliation, categorized transactions, and a profit and loss and balance sheet by the 15th.
Standard — $525 a month
Up to five accounts, AP and AR review, sales tax filing in one state, and a quarterly call.
Full — $875 a month
Up to ten accounts, payroll reconciliation, sales tax in up to three states, 1099 preparation in January, and a monthly call.
