GDPR: one month from receipt (Art. 12(3)); a date with no match in the next month moves to that month's last day; a Saturday/Sunday end moves to Monday (public holidays are not included — check your own calendar). Extension: two further months, notice inside the first month. CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.130) and Virginia VCDPA: 45 days, one 45-day extension with notice. LGPD Art. 19 II: full statement within 15 days; no extension is counted here. Missing a GDPR deadline breaches a data subject right; Art. 83(5) fines reach up to EUR 20 million or 4% of worldwide turnover.

The free download holds this badge as a Figma plugin, 4 SVGs and a .sketch. It is complete for one job: showing your team when one request is due. The full kit adds the queue around it.
How to get it into Figma
Drag the .sketch file onto the Figma file browser to open it. It holds the variants as named, coloured shapes without text layers.
Copy an SVG and paste it into a frame: it comes in as vectors with its label.
Plugin: it ships as TypeScript (code.ts). Run tsc to get code.js, then import manifest.json as a development plugin. It rebuilds the components as real variant sets with text.
Replace #1D4ED8 with your brand colour in Selection colors.
Menu names differ by Figma version and UI language. Some component structure is simplified in the .sketch. Sketch users open the same file.

GDPR Art. 12(3): answer a data subject request within one month of receipt, extendable by two further months with notice inside the first month; Art. 83(5)(b) fines up to EUR 20 000 000 or 4% of worldwide turnover. CCPA (Cal. Civ.
Eight Figma components for a privacy request (DSAR) console, 30 variants in total: Deadline badge (4), DSAR request card (4), Request queue tab (4), Jurisdiction chip (4), Deadline progress (3), Deadline alert (4), Identity check (3) and Extension switch (4). They ship as a Figma plugin, 30 SVGs and one .sketch file.
Who is it for?
Product designers and privacy or operations leads who build the admin dashboard where data subject requests are logged and answered, at companies serving users in the EU, California, Virginia or Brazil. The deadline differs by law: GDPR one month, CCPA and VCDPA 45 days, LGPD 15 days from the request. Sketch users open the same file.
Why not use a free admin dashboard kit?
Free admin dashboard UI kits draw charts, tables and sidebars, but none of them draws a privacy request with its legal deadline state. A chatbot will not hand you Figma component variants, and it easily mixes up the LGPD 15-day and CCPA 45-day clocks. This kit ships those states as real variants you restyle in one step.
What do I get for free?
The deadline badge in all four states (On track, Due soon, Overdue, Extended) as plugin, SVG and .sketch, plus the web checker. It has 3 inputs: the date a request reached you, today's date and whether an extension notice went out. It returns the GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA and LGPD deadlines, the days left and the badge to show.
What does it cost compared with the alternative?
The full kit is one payment of $168, not a subscription, which is the same price as rival admin dashboard UI kits on this shelf. The difference is the legal axis: a missed GDPR access deadline breaches Art. 12(3), and Art. 83(5) fines reach up to EUR 20 million or 4% of worldwide turnover.
