What lands in your channel
Fictional sample community, made with the same code the bot runs.
Try it on your own Whop exports
No bot needed for this: load the two files from your Whop dashboard (Users → Export, Payments → Export). They are read in this browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Add the bot. Run
/toolkit setup: report channel, language (English, Deutsch, Español, Português, 日本語), weekday and hour, and the role Whop gives paying members. - Run
/toolkit connectwith a read-only Whop API key, or skip the key and use/toolkit uploadwith your two CSV exports. - Every week the card lands in your channel. Pro adds the named list, a daily note when someone cancels or a card fails, and a CSV with a draft message per member in their language.
Free and Pro
Free, every server
The weekly card: paying members, MRR, money collected, new, cancelled, set to cancel, payment problems, active members in Discord, paying members who went quiet, and the dollars at stake. Numbers only.
Pro — $19/month or $149/year
Who is at risk, ranked by what they pay, with the plain reason: payment failed, card declined, set to cancel (with their cancel reason), quiet for N days, renews in N days. Who left in the last 14 days. Why people cancel. A daily note when something changes. CSV with a draft message in each member's language. The same key also opens the Creator Toolkit web app (cohorts, fees, price simulator).
What the bot can see, and what it keeps
- It counts messages and reactions per member per day. It does not have the message content permission and never reads what anyone writes.
- It does not ask for the member list or presence. It asks for: view channels, send messages, embed links, attach files.
- It never sends direct messages to your members. The drafts are for you to send, if you want.
- The Whop key is stored encrypted and only read when a report is made.
/toolkit disconnectdeletes it;wipe:Truedeletes everything. Removing the bot from the server deletes that server's data.
Questions
- How does it know which Discord member is which Whop member?
- Whop does not give Discord IDs to apps. The bot matches by Whop username or name against Discord username and display name, uses the paid role you set to spot paying members it could not match, and you can fix any pair with
/toolkit link. - When does "quiet" start counting?
- From the day the bot joins. After the number of days you set (14 by default) it can say who went quiet; before that the card says how many days it has watched.
- Which Whop key permissions does it need?
- Read only: member:basic:read, payment:basic:read and plan:basic:read. It never writes to Whop.
- Is this made by Whop or Discord?
- No. ReadyStack makes it.
