Terms — Creator Toolkit Discord bot

Last updated 2026-10-21. Operated by ReadyStack (getreadystack.com).

1. The bot gives server owners a weekly summary of their own Whop membership and payment data and of message/reaction counts in their server. Figures are calculations on that data; check them against your Whop dashboard before acting on them.
2. The free weekly card is available to every server. Pro features need an active Pro subscription ($19 per month or $149 per year through Whop), entered with /toolkit pro. A subscription covers one community. Billing, renewals and cancellation are handled by Whop under its terms.
3. You are responsible for the Whop API key you provide; create it with read-only permissions. You can delete it at any time with /toolkit disconnect.
4. Draft messages are suggestions for you to send yourself. Follow Discord's and Whop's rules when you contact your members.
5. Do not use the bot to break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or Developer Policy, or any law.
6. The bot is provided as is. We keep it running on our servers and fix problems we find, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.
7. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Whop or Discord.
