Example (made-up): Maya, a brand designer, quotes Northwind Bakery $2,400.00 with a 50% deposit. The client slips in 6 extra hours that would go unpaid: prompt 7 bills them as an add-on, 6 × $75.00 = $450.00, and prompt 8 chases the $1,200.00 balance that is 23 days overdue.
Not a 300-line dump with [brackets]: 10 prompts for one job (client work), each filled from your 13 inputs, each shown next to an example output so you can see what a good answer looks like. Works in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Nothing leaves your browser.

Questions
Which AI does this work with?
Any chat AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot. Each prompt is plain text with 5 parts (role, context, task, rules, output), so you copy it and paste it. The page itself sends nothing to any AI and needs no account.
How is this different from a big prompt bundle?
Bundles give you 75 to 300 lines with [brackets] to fill. Here there are 10 prompts for one job, client work from the first email to the paid invoice, already filled with your client, price, deposit, hourly rate and dates, each with an example output.
Why does the reminder change?
Prompt 8 reads the days between the due date and today: before the due date a heads-up, 0-6 days late a polite nudge, 7-29 days a firm reminder with a pay-by date 5 days out, 30 days or more a final notice with a date 7 days out. These stages are ours, not a legal rule.
What is free and what is Pro?
Free: one client at a time, all 10 prompts filled, copy any of them, the example outputs and your numbers. Pro, $12 once: the client book for every client, .ics reminders, the .md pack, the Custom GPT / Claude Project instructions file, your writing voice in every prompt, backup and import.
Will the AI make up numbers?
Every prompt tells it to use only the facts you gave and to write [ASK: ...] where something is missing. Read each message before you send it; you are the one who presses send.
Writing prompts for your own client messages. Not legal or tax advice. Example client and numbers are made up.
