Podman Migration Check reads compose.yaml, Dockerfile, devcontainer.json, CI workflow and shell files and flags every line that only works while Docker Desktop is installed: the /var/run/docker.sock host socket, host.docker.internal and kubernetes.docker.internal, the desktop-linux and docker-desktop contexts, credsStore desktop, docker scout, host ports below 1024 and short image names. Each finding shows the Podman replacement.
