What does this plugin do?
It adds one registration form for a youth club, sports team, scout group or music school. The form records the member's name, date of birth, country with its GDPR Article 8 digital-consent age, the parent or guardian's name, email and phone, the consent basis, and the directory and photo choices. Every sign-up lands in an admin register, 50 per page.
Who is it for?
Club secretaries, coaches and volunteers who run a WordPress site for members under 18 in the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK. If a 14-year-old signs up online and you rely on consent for a directory listing or photos, the age that decides whether a parent must consent is 13, 14, 15 or 16 depending on the country.
Why not just use a free form builder?
A generic form does not know that the digital-consent age is 16 in Germany, 15 in France, 14 in Spain and 13 in the UK. This form puts that age next to every country in the dropdown and asks who gives consent. The paid version also emails the parent a copy and exports the register as CSV.
