Kestrel Mobile Notary meets you at your kitchen table, your office, a hospital room or an escrow desk across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale.
You know the travel fee and the appointment window before anyone gets in a car. Evening and weekend slots are booked the same way as daytime ones.

What I notarize
General notarizations
Acknowledgments, jurats and oaths on single documents — bills of sale, affidavits, parental consent forms, vehicle titles. Bring the document unsigned.
Mortgage loan signings
Purchase, refinance and seller packages, printed in the required paper sizes, walked through page by page and returned the same day.
Estate and family documents
Powers of attorney, advance directives, trust signings and guardianship paperwork. I notarize the signature; I do not prepare or advise on the document.
Hospital, care home and hospice visits
Bedside signings where the signer is alert, aware of what they are signing and able to communicate directly with me.
Business and travel paperwork
Corporate resolutions, employment forms, minor travel consent letters, and documents you are preparing to send on for an apostille.
Witnesses arranged on request
Some documents require witnesses in addition to the notary. Tell me how many when you book and I will say whether I can bring them.
How an appointment runs
You tell me the document and the signers
The document type and the number of signers decide the fee and the length of the appointment. One message is usually enough.
You get the fee and the window in writing
The notarial act fee and the travel fee are quoted separately, before I set out. No fee appears afterwards that was not named first.
We meet and I check identification
Every signer shows current photo identification and signs in front of me. I record the act in my journal as my state requires.
You leave with the finished document
For loan packages I confirm the drop-off or the prepaid return label the same day and tell you when it is on its way.
Where we meet
Your kitchen table
The most common appointment. Good light, a flat surface and everyone who has to sign in the same room.
An escrow or title office
I work around the officer's schedule and hand the executed package straight back at the desk.
A hospital or care facility
Arranged with the ward or the front desk. The signer must be alert and able to speak with me directly.
A job site or a parking lot at shift change
Fifteen minutes in a truck cab is a perfectly good appointment when the paperwork is one page.
