Turns listing count, missing EU Responsible Person count and EU revenue into euros lost during an Article 22 takedown window
Expected fine layer
Applies your own odds to a national maximum fine (Germany caps GPSR fines at EUR 100,000) so the fine sits beside the lost sales, not instead of them

Questions people ask

What does this calculator actually do?

It prices the gap between your EU listings and the EU General Product Safety Regulation. You enter how many listings you offer to EU buyers, how many carry no EU Responsible Person, their revenue, and how long a takedown keeps them down. It returns lost sales, an expected fine and the cash at risk.

Who is it for?

Sellers based outside the EU who ship to EU buyers on Amazon, Etsy or eBay. GPSR Article 16 bars offering a product to EU consumers without an economic operator established in the EU, Article 19 requires that operator's name and address inside the listing, and Article 22 lets an authority have the marketplace remove the listing in 2 working days.

Why is a free chatbot not enough?

A chatbot can recite GPSR articles but it cannot see your catalogue. It will not tell you that 42 uncovered listings out of 120 carry EUR 3,570 of monthly EU revenue, or that 21 days offline plus a 5 percent chance of Germany's EUR 100,000 GPSR fine cap works out at EUR 7,499 of cash at risk against a EUR 499 yearly fee.

What is free and what needs the key?

Every number is free, forever, with no key and no cap, in the popup and on the web page. The $60 licence key adds two things on a different axis: a .csv export of the inputs and all 7 results, and a browser alarm that reminds you to re-run the catalogue as new listings go live.

What would this cost from a person?

EU Responsible Person providers list EUR 199 to EUR 549 per year, and setting up your own EU entity instead runs EUR 3,000 to EUR 15,000 per year. A compliance consultant who reviews a catalogue bills by the hour. This calculator is $60 once and reruns whenever your catalogue changes.
