FBA Restock Planner — Days of Cover, Order-By Day, Order Quantity and Cash
Amazon Seller Central's published US FBA fee schedule charges a low-inventory-level fee on standard-size units once days of cover falls below 28, and an aged-inventory surcharge on units stored 181 days or longer — this works out, from your own velocity, lead time and case pack, the day the order has to be placed to stay between those two lines and the cash that order needs.

What this means
—
Days of cover and the stockout day Divides the units you hold plus the units already inbound by your own daily sales rate to give days of cover, then subtracts supplier production, freight and check-in time to show how many days of stock are left on the day a new order would actually land — a negative number is the number of days the listing sits with nothing to sell.
Reorder point and order-by day Computes the reorder point in units from your lead time, transit time and safety-stock days, and reports how many days remain before you hit it. When that number is zero or below, the order is already late and the tool says by how much.
Order quantity rounded to whole cases Works out how many units the order must contain to reach the days of cover you asked for once it arrives, closes any stockout gap first, then rounds up to whole cases at your supplier's case-pack size and reports the case count you can paste into the purchase order.
Cash for the order and its sell-through Multiplies the rounded order quantity by your landed cost per unit to show the cash the purchase order needs, and divides it by your daily rate to show how many days those units take to sell through — the figure to compare against Amazon Seller Central's published 181-day aged-inventory surcharge threshold before you order more than you can move.
Low-inventory threshold you can edit The days-of-cover threshold that triggers Amazon's low-inventory-level fee on standard-size units is an input, pre-filled at the 28 days published in the US FBA fee schedule. If Amazon revises the rule, or your product is not standard-size, you change the field instead of waiting for an update. The tool compares your cover at arrival against whatever you put there.
Offline install, no account, remembers your figures Runs with no login, no internet connection and no data leaving your browser; the storage permission is used only to keep the values you last typed so the next SKU means changing two fields, not ten. To install: type chrome://extensions in the address bar, turn on Developer mode at the top right, then click Load unpacked and select this folder. This is a direct-install build rather than a Web Store listing, which is why Developer mode is needed; Edge and Brave install it the same three ways. Menu wording differs between Chrome versions and interface languages, so look for the nearest equivalent.
