What it printed on the bundled example

== License Flip Audit — 6 findings (4 errors, 1 warning, 1 info) in 1 file · 30 rules
  ERROR docker-compose.yml:6 [flip_7]
        Redis 7.4 through 7.8 is dual RSALv2 / SSPLv1 - source-available, not open source. Redis 7.2.x and earlier are BSD-3-Clause.
  ERROR docker-compose.yml:8 [flip_10]
Elasticsearch 7.11+ left Apache-2.0 for SSPL + Elastic License 2.0 (Feb 2021); AGPLv3 was added as a third option from 8.16 (Sept 2024). 7.10.2 was the last Apache-2.0 release.
  INFO docker-compose.yml:8 [flip_12]
Elastic registry image: the 7.11 licence change applies. Confirm the tag on this line is 7.10.x or earlier if your policy requires Apache-2.0.
  ERROR docker-compose.yml:10 [flip_13]
Bitnami changed on 2025-08-28: every versioned tag moved to docker.io/bitnamilegacy (no patches, no updates, no support) and docker.io/bitnami keeps only a limited set of hardened latest tags. Move to a maintained source or a paid Bitnami Secure subscription.

FAQ

What is a Claude Code skill?

A folder with a SKILL.md and scripts that Claude Code loads when your request matches it. You ask in plain words and Claude runs the scanner the skill carries.

How is this different from asking Claude without the skill?

The skill carries a dated rule table and a scanner that reads every file, so Claude quotes the exact date and line instead of answering from memory.

Does it send my code anywhere?

It works offline. It is a factual licence-change check, not legal advice.

How do I install it?

Unzip into ~/.claude/skills/ (all projects) or your-repo/.claude/skills/ (one repo), then ask Claude Code: "do we use anything that is BUSL, SSPL or AGPL?". Needs Node 16+.

What do I get when I buy?

The zip. On Whop it is in your library as a download lesson with the zip attached; on Gumroad it is the product file.
