Rate picked by your WD date, not today's date The 10 August 2026 increase to $5.92 binds only when your wage determination is reissued at award, modification, option or extension, so all six current and prior rates are here and you pick the one your contract carries.
Paid hours, not only hours worked On a fixed-rate (odd-numbered) determination H&W is owed on all hours paid up to 40 a week and 2,080 a year, so holiday, vacation and sick hours count; on an average-cost (even-numbered) determination only hours worked count and no cap applies.
The 40/week and 2,080/year caps, both directions Shows the hours the caps strip out of the base, so underpayment and overpayment surface in the same run instead of one of them surfacing in an audit.
Exposure across the whole wage determination Multiplies the per-employee gap by the headcount on the same determination, which is the figure a Wage and Hour investigator arrives at rather than the per-hour cents.
Export the run to the audit file (full version) Saves every input and every output as a .csv, so the figure you handed the contracting officer is dated and reproducible months later.
