The service depends on grid electricity (energy sector) and chemical deliveries; two hospitals depend on our supply (cross-sector).

- Physical protection: perimeter fencing and access control at all treatment works.
- Business continuity: mobile generators and an alternative supply contract for chlorine.
- Personnel security: background checks for control-room staff and quarterly access rights review.
- Training: annual flood exercise and staff awareness sessions.

## Incident notification

1. Initial notification to the competent authority within 72 hours of detection.
2. Detailed incident report within 60 days.
