Nothing is spoken by a robot voice and nothing is invented: names and places are copied letter for letter from the lead's message (Etobicoke stays Etobicoke), times fall only inside your hours and between 8:00 and 21:00 for the lead, and you read every reply before it goes. There is no lead limit, so lead 51 gets the same reply as lead 1.

How the reply is built
- Language: Japanese when the message has kana; otherwise the language with the most common words in it (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese), helped by ñ, ã/ç and ä/ß. You can set it yourself.
- Facts already given: the name ("me llamo…", "mein Name ist…", "と申します"), places after "in / en / em / aus" and postal codes, a budget with a currency, a phone number, an email.
- When they want the call: weekdays, today, tomorrow, this week, next week, morning, afternoon, evening, "after 4", "before Friday", "urgent".
- 3 call times: inside your open days and hours, after your notice, one per day where it can, and between 8:00 and 21:00 in the lead's time zone, daylight saving included. If nothing fits what they asked for, the page tells you and offers your nearest times.
- Only the missing questions: budget, area, timing and phone are asked only when the message did not answer them.
- Handoff note: who, language, contact, area, budget, what they asked for and their own words, so whoever takes the call does not walk in cold.
