What's included:

- Hours worked = time out minus time in minus lunch, in decimal hours (shifts past midnight work too)
- Overtime over 40 hours per workweek at 1.5x the hourly rate (federal FLSA default), counted per week on the biweekly sheet; both numbers are editable
- Leave hours with a PTO / Sick / Holiday / Unpaid drop-down; paid leave is paid but does not count toward overtime
- Pay summary: regular pay, overtime pay, paid leave pay and gross pay before taxes
- Employee and supervisor signature lines and a how-to sheet
Who it's for: hourly employees, small business owners, managers, contractors, nannies and caregivers who need a clean weekly time card or a biweekly timesheet for payroll.
How to edit: open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc and type into the yellow cells. Or print the blank sheet and fill it in by hand. Some states (such as California) also have daily overtime; this template is a record-keeping aid, not legal or payroll advice.
