Therapy that starts with being heard

Individual and couples therapy for adults, in person and online. Licensed, confidential, and paced to what you can carry right now.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. A short consultation call costs nothing and there is no obligation to book after it.

Placeholder: replace these lines with your own voice. Say who you work with, where you are licensed, and what a person can expect from the first contact.

What working together looks like

A consultation before anything is booked

A short call to hear what brings you here and to decide together whether this is the right fit. Enter your own call length and whether it is free.

Clear fees, in writing, before we start

You receive a written estimate of expected charges before scheduled care, and your fee does not change without notice from you first.

Confidentiality, with the limits stated plainly

What you say stays between us, except where state law requires a report or there is serious risk of harm. The exact limits are written out on the privacy page rather than buried.

In person or online

Sessions in the office or by secure video, depending on what fits your week. Online sessions require you to be physically located in a state where I hold a licence.

A pace you set

Weekly to begin is common, then less often as things steady. Nothing about frequency is a contract; we review it out loud.

An honest referral if I am not the right fit

If your goals need a specialist or a prescriber, you get names and a warm handoff, not a waiting list.

Areas of focus

Anxiety and stress

Persistent worry, panic, sleep that will not settle, the sense of running on a full tank of adrenaline all day.

Depression and low mood

Loss of interest, exhaustion that sleep does not fix, self-criticism that has become background noise.

Trauma and difficult events

Recent events or old ones that keep arriving uninvited. Work is paced so that nothing is opened faster than it can be closed.

Relationships and life transitions

Couples work, family strain, grief, career change, becoming a parent, leaving a role that used to define you.

All services in detail

About me

I am Jane Doe, a licensed clinical social worker in private practice. Placeholder: replace with your own name, credential and the year you began practising.

Write a short paragraph here about how you work — quiet and reflective, structured and skills-based, direct, humorous. People choosing between two profiles are choosing between two people, not two lists of credentials.

A real photograph of you belongs on this page. It measurably reduces the effort of making first contact.

Licence

Placeholder: licence type, licence number and issuing state. Add every state where you hold a current licence.

Who I work with

Placeholder: adults, couples, adolescents, specific communities. Name only groups you have training and supervision for.

Languages and access

Placeholder: languages spoken, step-free access, parking, nearest transit stop, whether the office has a private waiting area.

Placeholder: add your county or regional crisis line, your local mobile crisis team, and the name and address of the nearest emergency department. Local numbers are used far more often than national ones.
