HOW IT WORKS
- Settings: your fee percentages and tax set-aside %
- Inventory: products, cost, price, stock, reorder level
- Orders: one row per order — fees, cost of goods and profit calculate
- Money in & out: supplies, ads, software, wholesale, fairs
- Read profit per month and the amount to set aside per quarter
- Pricing calculator: materials + packaging + your time + shipping → the price for your target margin
FORMAT
- .xlsx spreadsheet — opens in Microsoft Excel (desktop, web, Mac), Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets) and LibreOffice Calc.
- Nothing is locked: no sheet passwords, no macros. Light-blue cells are for typing, white cells calculate.
The quarterly tab multiplies your profit by the rate you choose; it does not calculate tax law. Your tax office or accountant knows the rate and dates that apply to you.
