Our contractor registration number and certificate of liability insurance go out with the written estimate, before you pay anything.
What we build
Kitchen remodels
Cabinet layout, appliance and gas line moves, and the plumbing that comes with a new island. We stage the work so you keep a sink and a fridge for most of the job.
Bathroom remodels
Full gut to the studs, waterproofed shower pans, and vanity and vent work that passes inspection the first time.
Room additions
Footings, framing, roof tie-in and the trim that makes the addition read as part of the original house instead of a bolt-on.
Garage and basement conversions
Insulation, egress windows, heating and a separate entry where the setback allows it. We tell you at the estimate visit whether your lot allows it.
Whole-house remodels
Sequenced so the trades do not stack on each other. You get a wall calendar with the week each trade arrives.
New custom homes
From your plans or from an architect we work with regularly. Fixed scope, allowances written down in the contract, one supervisor on site.

The estimate lists what is included and what is not, line by line. If it is not on the list, it is not in the price.
One supervisor, start to finish
The person who walked your house on day one is the person who hands you the keys. You do not re-explain your job to a new face.
A photo update every Friday
You see the week's work whether or not you were able to stop by, and you get it in writing.
A punch list you write
At the final walk-through you list what is left. Nothing closes until that list is empty.
