1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReadyStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Products and Licensing

All digital products sold through ReadyStack are provided under a Commercial License unless otherwise stated. This means:

• You may use products for personal and commercial projects
• You may use products for client work and agency projects
• You may modify and adapt products to suit your needs
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original product files
• You may not claim authorship of the original product

3. Purchases and Payment

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record for the checkout you use: Polar for one-time purchases and licence keys, Whop for subscriptions, and Gumroad for a few older products. By making a purchase, you also agree to that provider's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. You receive your licence key or download link by email from the payment provider; tools unlock in place when you enter the key.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. For licence-key purchases, write to us or reply to your Polar receipt (Polar is our merchant of record). For downloads, contact us and we will look at your case. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law of your country.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ReadyStack, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of ReadyStack or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Commercial License grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that products will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReadyStack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
