Privacy — clipping campaign tracker

The Discord bot
- What it stores, per server: the server name and language; your settings (review channel, board channel, currency, weekly time, reviewer role); campaigns you create; for each clip a member submits: the member's Discord id and display name, the post link, view numbers with their date and source, the review decision, the reviewer and the reason; payouts you record (member, amount, date, note).
- Screenshots a member attaches are re-posted into your server's review channel by the bot. The bot does not keep a copy.
- What it does not read: it has no message content permission and no member-list or presence intent. It reads no chat and sends no direct messages.
- Keys: a YouTube Data API key or a licence key you enter are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to read YouTube view counts or to check your Pro licence.
- Outside services it calls: Discord's API; Google's YouTube Data API (video ids only, to read public view counts) when you add a key; our licence check at getreadystack.com for Pro.
- Deletion: removing the bot from your server deletes that server's file. A server owner can ask [email protected] to delete it at any time.
- No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models.
The web board on this site
Your campaign, clips and payouts stay in your browser (localStorage) and are not uploaded. The licence key is checked at /api/lic. A YouTube key you type is sent only to Google's API from your browser.
